We are looking for a Handyman/Woman to provide planned and reactive maintenance and porterage support to our prestigious client within their UK HQ in the centre of Glasgow.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, e.g., filter changes, tap changes and fabric-related repairs, maintenance, and installation. You will also be responsible for furniture moves across the site.
What you’ll do:
- Responsibility for fabric related PPM, proactive and reactive works issued via Supervisor within set time frames.
- Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building fabric, equipment, and systems to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
- Ensure water systems are maintained to comply with the requirements of the L8 ACOP
- Undertake manual work such as furniture moves.
What you need:
- Experience in a similar role
- Ideally you will have a recognised trade qualification.
- Ability to react to the needs of the department and prioritise workload.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, employees, and teams at all levels.
